The Southern Rock team loves the gear we sell and the joy we all get when we receive it. From the moment you complete checking out your cart and we receive your order until its final delivery on your doorstep we will be preparing and packing your order for shipment, arranging couriers and following the tracking. 

When will you get your order and how much will it cost you?

We believe in trying to keep life as simple as possible and the pricing of our products as competitive as possible. Under COVID-19, your order will only be shipped with one of several reputable companies. Whilst we are all experiencing delays in shipping – main centres should expect delivery in 5-7 working days and regional areas could expect this to take a little longer depending on the frequency with which the courier visits your region. We have simplified and restricted the cap on our shipping pricing. Main centres will pay R70 and regional areas will pay R130 flat fees.

  1. Self-Collect from Southern Rock in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal

This option applies where all the products in your order are being held at our physical store. We will process and pack your order and you will receive an email with instructions when ready for collection (typically same day unless the order is placed after 4pm). We remain committed to observing the most current South African Government guidelines on best practice and ask our customers to please do the same. Click here for the latest updates.   1. Economy Courier Service

Typically arrives in 3-5 working days although we are presently experiencing delays due to COVID-19. Our shipping is provided by a third party and you will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times to Major Centers are usually 1-2 days quicker than Regional Areas as collection and delivery times vary per route. This service is the only service available all orders greater than 2Kg / shoe box size or for orders travelling to Regional Areas.

  1. Overnight Courier Service (Express)

Until further notice we have suspended the Overnight Courier Service due to regional air travel amidst the country’s response to COVID-19. We look forward to being able to offer this service again in the future. At this time, the overnight service will be available for orders under 2Kg or shoe box size travelling to Major Centers only.
