How do I return or exchange an order?
You may return new, unused gear to us at any time within 14 days after you have received the product.
- New, unused gear must be returned in the same condition you received it in its original box and/or packaging, including all stickers, labels and manufacturer tags still attached, where applicable.
- Please ensure that products are returned to Southern Rock within 14 days of the date you received them. After 14 days we will only accept returns of defective products.
- We will not accept the return of products damaged due to negligence or abuse.
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is your responsibility to ensure they are shipped with a reputable courier as we cannot replace or credit you for a product we do not receive.

Lives depend on the gear and equipment we sell. As such, we will regrettably reserve the right to return products to you without notice (and with re-shipping costs being the responsibility of the buyer) if there is any evidence that they have been used/tampered with upon inspection or any of the above conditions are not met. Items in sealed packaging which have been opened will be treated as non-refundable and non-exchangeable. A full refund will be made within 7 days (less shipping costs) following inspection to ensure products are in original condition. Refunds will be paid via EFT bank transfer to South African bank accounts (we will please require an account confirmation letter matching the name of the credit card used) or store credits can be offered if preferred.
If an order is damaged or incomplete (missing parts or items) upon receipt or collection, please notify us as soon as possible but not later than 7 days afterwards so that we can arrange for replacing or completing the order as quickly as possible. We will credit you if we do not have a replacement product.
We do our very best to stock reputable brands of the highest quality. If you feel that your gear is eligible for a warranty evaluation by the manufacturer due to defect in its materials or workmanship, please contact us as soon possible at email@example.com. Once this product has been inspected and replacement approved by the manufacturer, we will replace the product or credit you at your choice.
